Location: New York
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, hallways, elevators, common areas, and restrooms (mop, sweep, strip/wax/buff floors, dust, vacuum, remove garbage)
- Light maintenance may be assigned
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- General upkeep of buildings and grounds
- Snow removal and landscaping
- Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition
- Special projects as assigned
- 1-2 years prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience
- Reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals
- Team player, able to work with little supervision
- Excellent time management skills and work ethic
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8‑hour shift
- Light maintenance knowledge is a plus
