Cleaner / Janitorial Associate

Location: Brooklyn, NY

A childcare center in Brooklyn is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and can work independently.

Monday – Friday

Work must be completed anytime between: 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Flexible hours within this timeframe.

Flat Weekly Rate (Compensation to be discussed during the interview process)

• Clean and sanitize classrooms daily
• Clean and disinfect children's tables and high-touch surfaces
• Clean and sanitize all bathrooms
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Sweep and mop stairways on all three floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean and maintain kitchenette areas
• Restock paper products and cleaning supplies as needed
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and ready for children and staff each morning
• Follow all health and sanitation procedures

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
