Responsibilities- Boardroom Pantry
- Prioritize restocking and cleaning of pantry in the executive office.
- Inspect soda, bottled water, and dairy products when restocking; ensure items are not expired.
- Wipe clean all drawers and shelves of the fridge.
- Clean out leftovers every Friday after 2:00 PM to avoid odor.
- Check and restock supplies 2–3 times a day as needed.
- Dispose of garbage if overloaded during the day.
- Other Pantry
- Reorder supplies; inspect items for expiration.
- Check restocking supplies 2–3 times a day if necessary.
- Keep freight doors closed at all times.
- Wipe down dust and fingerprints on fridges and freezers throughout the office.
- Clean shelves and drawers of fridges periodically.
- Clean out leftovers every Friday after 2:00 PM to avoid odor.
- Wipe water stains around sink and counter top; scrub sinks weekly.
- Clean coffee machine throughout the day.
- Clean microwave daily.
- Discard ice from ice machine and clean bucket every Friday; defrost when needed.
- Clean cup holders weekly.
- Monthly pull out coffee machine, coffee storage, hot/cold water machine, and microwave to wipe dust on surfaces and behind.
- Dispose of garbage if overloaded during the day.
- Clean cabinet shelf surfaces and inner space periodically.
- Wipe and scrub wall stains periodically.
- Check and replace water filter every three months.
- Clean glass windows in pantry periodically, including edges.
- Public Office Area / Lobby / Conference Room / Employee Cubicle
- Remove miscellaneous items (furniture, boxes, IT supplies) from floors, return IT equipment to staff, and store items to avoid hazards.
- Avoid placing boxes or furniture on top of desks or tables.
- Wipe dust and fingerprints on glass doors 2–3 times daily if needed.
- Wipe dust on artwork and picture frames weekly.
- Dispose of garbage if overloaded during the day.
- Spot check and clean carpet stains; contact cleaning company if stains cannot be removed by carpet cleaner.
- Ensure chair arrangement; employees should not move chairs without consulting Facilities.
- Organize printing paper near printers and copiers.
- Conference Room
- Inspect and ensure correct number of chairs each day; report maintenance issues.
- Wipe dust and stains on tables and chairs.
- Storage Room – Inventory Management
- Order only necessary items in small, manageable quantities.
- Inspect and count inventory on delivery, unwrap immediately, and organize.
- Return expired or incorrectly delivered items to vendor.
- Rearrange inventory as needed.
- Request installation of wall signage or posters through Facilities; plastic double‑sided tape is only used on glass.
