Job Description:
Seeking live‑in superintendent for Upper West Side property consisting of 25 units.
- Perform routine janitorial work including cleaning and inspecting roof, boiler room, and public portions of the building.
- Keep the fronts of the buildings clean.
- Take care of garbage and recycling on designated days.
- Perform snow removal when necessary.
- Perform light maintenance work, such as installing smoke alarms, replacing radiator valves, etc.
- Must be on call for emergencies.
The janitorial work should take 8–10 hours per week.
Compensation will be $949.58 per month plus the use of an apartment. There is also the opportunity for additional handyman work including framing, plastering, and painting for extra income.
