Custodian​/Maintenance Worker

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and floor care.
• Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window washing, and restocking supplies to ensure a spotless environment.
• Carry out custodial responsibilities.
• Assist with facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting (residential or commercial), and troubleshooting basic equipment issues.
• Support industrial cleaning projects when required, ensuring safety protocols are followed during extensive cleaning operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including parking lots and walkways, by sweeping and debris removal.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper procedures during all cleaning and maintenance activities to promote a secure workplace.
• Snow removal and other related tasks as needed.

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Familiarity with floor care.
• Experience with general facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and painting.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and maintenance tools.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• English – Advanced proficiency.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour.
