Location: New York
LB&B Associates Inc. in New York is seeking a temporary part-time Maintenance Mechanic for mechanical operations and maintenance services at the Moynihan Federal Courthouse. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of hands-on commercial HVAC maintenance experience and certifications in EPA Universal Refrigeration, S-12, and S-13.
This position is part-time, with working hours on Sunday and Monday from 8am to 4pm. A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
