Housekeeper, Live Out

Overview

A couple with residences in Manhattan and Westchester County need to hire a full‑time Executive Housekeeper to oversee the care and maintenance of four properties (three in New York City, one in Larchmont, New York).

• Full responsibility for all cleaning, daily upkeep, and organization of the principals’ four‑bedroom apartment (minimum of two and a half days per week).
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of the son’s two‑bedroom apartment, ensuring a pet‑friendly environment for the resident cat (minimum of one day per week).
• Oversee cleaning and general upkeep of the daughter’s studio apartment (minimum of half a day per week).
• Work twice per month at the Westchester residence in Larchmont alongside the part‑time housekeeper to enforce consistent standards, conduct inspections, address any areas requiring attention, and assist with managing household supplies and inventory specific to the Larchmont home.
• Provide coverage when the regular housekeeper is on vacation or unavailable.
• Maintain excellent communication with vendors and service providers for routine property upkeep and coordinate with homeowners on special maintenance and improvement projects.

• Minimum five years of experience in an Executive Housekeeper role supporting private families or high‑end residences.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; a car is a plus but not necessary.
• Willingness to travel to Larchmont on average two times per month.

Salary: $45–$55 per hour + potential Health Benefits stipend. Forty hours per week, Monday‑through‑Friday schedule with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends, and additional overtime as needed.
