Experienced PDR Technician (Full-time)

We are seeking a mid-level experienced paintless dent repair (PDR) technician with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.

• Use advanced glue‑pulling techniques to repair dents, hail damage, creases and body lines on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.

• Work mandatory overtime as needed to meet customer delivery commitments.

• Physical ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
• Minimum age 18 and possession of a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment; ability to handle variable weather conditions.
• Willingness to use safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask and other protective gear.
