Warehouse Ops​/Facility Manager

Overview

Food Truck Promotions is an experiential marketing agency that brings brands to life through custom mobile pop-ups and immersive brand experiences. We work with some of the biggest and coolest brands in the world — and our production warehouse is the engine that powers it all.

• Maintain and monitor all vehicles and equipment that live in the warehouse — tracking condition, flagging issues, and coordinating repairs
• Identify and address maintenance issues proactively before they become bigger problems
• Operate a forklift to receive, move, and stage deliveries and equipment throughout the warehouse
• Perform routine and as-needed repairs using hands-on skills including painting, welding, fabrication, and general contracting
• Ensure all assets are in good condition and production-ready at all times
• Apply working knowledge of vehicle systems to identify and address basic mechanical needs

• Exceptionally good with your hands — you fix things, you don't just flag them
• Experienced in facility maintenance, mechanical work, or skilled trades (painting, welding, fabrication, etc.)
• Comfortable working with vehicles and have a basic understanding of how they work
• Takes pride in an organized, well-maintained workspace
• A clear communicator who keeps the team in the loop without being asked
• Reliable, self-sufficient, and takes ownership of a space

• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• $30-35/hr
• On-site at our Queens, NY warehouse
