Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for the daily maintenance, repairs, and building code compliance. The primary goal of this position is to provide a safe and adequate living/working environment for resident owners, tenants and staff.
Minimum Requirements- Ability to handle and manage building concerns and maintenance issues.
- Must be capable of handling basic carpentry assignments.
- Must perform custodial assignments to keep property organized and clean.
- Must keep good relations with resident owners, tenants and staff.
- Must be extremely detail oriented.
- Self‑motivated and proactive.
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance position.
- Previous Superintendent position preferred.
- Valid US licenses and/or Certifications (boiler, standpipe, etc.) a plus but not needed.
