Location: New York
Sunrise Senior Living - 455 North End Avenue - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance duties including fixing wall coverings and floor coverings, repairing furniture and fixtures;
Perform basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs;
Paint and refurbish projects and perform minor building and equipment repairs;
Conduct routine maintenance on Sunrise vehicles and maintain tools and repair parts;
Assist in safety compliance and disaster preparedness programs and respond to emergency calls as needed
