Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance operations and ensure timely handling of service requests;
Coordinate and support a maintenance team, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems;
Review incoming service requests, prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks;
Assign daily work orders and projects to maintenance staff and monitor progress;
Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and service quality;
Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure clear communication and timely resolution;
Maintain inventory of parts and materials and manage deliveries to minimize downtime;
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours issues as scheduled
