Housekeeping Position at K1 Speed

The Housekeeping at K1 Speed is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facility. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Housekeeping will ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, well-maintained, and safe for customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, walls, and surfaces throughout the facility.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly, ensuring a clean and tidy environment.
• Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, waiting areas, and dining areas, ensuring they are neat and inviting for customers.
• Assist in maintaining the outdoor areas, including parking lots, walkways, and entrance areas, by removing trash and debris and reporting any safety hazards.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing broken fixtures, and repairing equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any damages or issues to the management team.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for special events or corporate functions.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for self, staff, and customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Basic handyman skills, including the ability to perform minor repairs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
