Outdoor Cleaning Maintenance Supervisor; Clean NYC

Hours: Full‑time (40 hours each week)

Work days: Monday – Friday

Day‑time Shift: Shift 6:30 AM sharp to 3:00 PM (with 30 min lunch break)

Job Site Locations: Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Harlem & Midtown

• Set goals for performance that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to cleaners
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegate tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Responsible for company vehicle and equipment
• Train new employees
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

• Must have a working phone that can download two mobile apps used to complete the job
• Must be a New York City resident and possess a New York Driver’s License
• Must have clean driving records and provide a NYS DMV abstract driving record
• Must pass a drug test
• Must be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities or impairments which would reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the services
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet)
• Ability to work outdoors from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to be flexible in the location assigned each week

• Proven experience as supervisor or in a relevant role
• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines in the field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Tech savvy with iPads
• MUST have a valid NYS Driver License and a clean driving record with two years of driving experience in New York City
