About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our janitorial teams. We need a hands‑on leader who understands the high standards of the commercial cleaning industry and can ensure our clients' facilities are maintained to perfection.

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour

• Supervise and train cleaning staff on nightly janitorial tasks and equipment use.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all cleaning scopes are met.
• Manage cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure the team has what they need.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and proper chemical handling.
• Bridge communication between English and Spanish‑speaking team members.
• Responsible for sign‑in sheets to make sure they are signed and delivered to office.
