Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to ensure facilities meet applicable standards;
Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper operation and functionality;
Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and overseeing contracted maintenance;
Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, and replacement of parts to ensure optimal performance;
Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation, while adhering to safety and environmental standards
