Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have the ability to perform the following tasks: sweeps, vacuums, mops and washes floors and stairs; uses heavy mechanical equipment in stripping, waxing and polishing floors; dusts chairs, tables, desks and other furniture; polishes furniture and brass; empties wastebaskets, collects and disposes of trash; arranges chairs and tables and other equipment for special use of building;

moves furniture, supplies and other equipment; cleans windows, walls, bath fixtures, equipment, beds and furniture; may load and unload trucks; may operate clothes washer and dryer in laundering of linens clothing, etc.; performs custodial tasks as needed.
