Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Janitor to join our Flagship team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of our client facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. The pay rate is $24.03 per hour.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting various areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygienic conditions at all times.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
• Respond promptly to spills and other cleaning emergencies to ensure safety.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, preventing damage to floors and objects.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six or more months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Completion of significant safety training required.

• Occasional repetitive movements: stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods, including walking long distances.
• Occasional lifting or moving a minimum of 40 pounds of cleaning equipment and trash.
• Use of equipment provided.
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
