JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.
Schedule3 shifts available across three full time positions available:
- Overnight shift 1:30 PM to 7 AM daily (off Tuesday and Wednesday)
- Day shift 8 AM to 4:30 PM Saturday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM Sun, Mon, Thur & Fri (off Tuesday and Wednesday)
- Evening shift 2 PM to 10:30 PM daily (off Friday and Saturday)
Incumbents must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
The hourly rate for this position is $22.33.
Additional CompensationMany factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
- Corporate Positions:
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. - Onsite Property Positions:
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
