Maintenance Technician - $25/hr

We are hiring a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician for a temporary assignment supporting facility and manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, and facility support.

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, production equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Support facility upkeep, including structural repairs (walls, floors, doors) and general maintenance tasks.
• Assist with equipment moves, outdoor clean‑up, and work area organization.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide mechanical support to production teams and elevate complex issues as needed.

• High school diploma (additional technical training preferred).
• 1–2 years of maintenance, mechanical, or electrical experience.
• Knowledge of tools, equipment repair, and safety practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
