This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to take ownership of day-to-day building system operations, support high standards of service delivery, and maintain critical infrastructure within a professional corporate setting

The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge across multiple building disciplines, proven preventive maintenance experience, and the ability to operate confidently to ensure an efficient, safe, and compliant workplace

  A High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experien

  EPA certification along with any required local/state certifications or licen
• ses Strong technical capability to monitor, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety syst
• ems Proven ability to assist with preventive maintenance programs, manage energy efficiency, and handle emergency repa
• irs Strong organizational, communication, and judgment skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Off
