Salary Range: $21.59 - $23.52

• Documents and provides updates on work performed.
• Performs detailed cleaning of all facilities. Disinfects, mops and vacuums as necessary. Removes trash, recyclables, regulated medical waste, restocks supplies and sanitizes surfaces. Coordinates work with occupants to minimize disruptions.
• Identifies and escalates potential problems and areas requiring special cleaning.
• Performs specialty cleaning of furniture, glass, kitchens, refrigerators, and exhibit cases.
• Monitors and reports all lighting issues.

  May vary.
• Experience:
  
  Approximately 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, housekeeping or custodial services.
• If role requires use of a vehicle for business, must have a valid New York State driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
  
  Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, verbally and in written form.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings and/or late nights.
