Cleaner at Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes

Pay: $17.25 per hour

Location:

Federal facility; REAL  driver’s license/ for access (effective May 7, 2025).

• Clean entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
• Clean common areas such as Community Centers, office spaces, bathrooms, windows, and floors.
• Carry and maintain all cleaning supplies necessary to satisfactorily perform routine functions.
• Complete work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• Clean other common areas, including trash pick‑up, dog waste station clean‑up and community trash removal.

• Currently enrolled in a high school program.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• A current vehicle license in good standing that meets the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A REAL  driver’s license/ required to access the federal facility (effective May 7, 2025).
