Porter, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas.
• Taking out trash and recycling.
• Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
• Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager’s attention.
• Ensuring adequate cleaning and repair supplies.
• Helping residents with deliveries (e.g., groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages).
• Working the service elevator.
• Assisting with emergency response service such as sidewalk snow removal.

• Take pride in cleaning and providing a safe environment.

• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Respond well to change.
• Can lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Then you may be a great fit for this position. Prior experience as a porter in a luxury hotel or residential environment is a plus.

2:45 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. with days off to be determined.

Pay ranges from $23.09 to $30.79 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more.
