Facilities Director

Facilities Director Pay Rate: Starting at $90,000/year; based on experience.

Schedule: FT position; primarily day shift with on call responsibilities to include holidays and weekends as needed.

The Facilities Director works closely with Administrator and Facilities Team to ensure overall maintenance, repair, and cleaning of the building and the surrounding grounds. The Facilities Director will have a knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and general remodeling. The Facilities Director in this role provides excellent communication, ability to prioritize projects, and oversight of the Facilities Team which includes Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance.

Requirements:

• AAS/BS preferred; not required
• Five years related maintenance experience and/or training.
• Desire to contribute to our compassionate, caring culture with reliability, good communication, and team collaboration.
