Maintenance Person
Salary Range: $17.16 To $17.16 Hourly
Responsibilities- Ensure safety and sanitation in the residences.
- Clean and disinfect all client bedrooms daily.
- Perform small plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Vacuum, wax, and maintain all furniture and other wood surfaces.
- Sweep, mop, and wax floors as required daily.
- Remove all trash and garbage from the building.
- Paint rooms when required.
- Check water temperature daily.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- 1–3 years of experience as a maintenance worker preferred.
