As a Seasonal Porter on the Satiation team, you’ll troubleshoot and make improvements to the places our residents call home.

• Maintain a safe and clean building and property.
• Perform janitorial duties to maintain stairwells, common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, front entrances, elevators, and lobby to ensure premises are clean.
• Provide excellent customer service to our residents; you represent the company and our core values.
• Receive deliveries, unpack and store maintenance equipment and materials.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

• 0‑2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Reliability: the position runs for 90 days; you must be available for the entire period.
• Pro photo identification and work authorization paperwork.
• Valid, violation‑free New York State driver’s license enrolled in the New York State License Event Notification Service (LENS) program.
• A strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
• A belief that doing the right thing is the only option, no matter how difficult it might be.
• Willingness to respond to emergency situations at any time of day.
• Ability to use a tablet‑based work order program to complete assigned work orders.
• Basic‑to‑intermediate understanding of Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to new technologies and quick learning in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to multi‑task under high pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Overtime is available and may be required in emergency situations.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).

Hourly Rate: $22.41 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location).
