About the roleAs a Seasonal Porter on the Satiation team, you’ll troubleshoot and make improvements to the places our residents call home.

- Maintain a safe and clean building and property.
- Perform janitorial duties to maintain stairwells, common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, front entrances, elevators, and lobby to ensure premises are clean.
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents; you represent the company and our core values.
- Receive deliveries, unpack and store maintenance equipment and materials.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by your Supervisor.
- 0‑2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Reliability: the position runs for 90 days; you must be available for the entire period.
- Pro photo identification and work authorization paperwork.
- Valid, violation‑free New York State driver’s license enrolled in the New York State License Event Notification Service (LENS) program.
- A strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
- A belief that doing the right thing is the only option, no matter how difficult it might be.
- Willingness to respond to emergency situations at any time of day.
- Ability to use a tablet‑based work order program to complete assigned work orders.
- Basic‑to‑intermediate understanding of Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to new technologies and quick learning in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to multi‑task under high pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Overtime is available and may be required in emergency situations.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).
Hourly Rate: $22.41 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location).
