Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Maintenance Manager, Industrial Maintenance
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, developing team members, and partnering with production to minimize downtime while maintaining a safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians.
- Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance work to support production schedules and business objectives.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation‑related equipment issues.
- Partner closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to identify and implement equipment and process improvements.
- Monitor maintenance work quality and ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Assist with maintenance planning, inventory management, contractor coordination, and capital improvement projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, work orders, and equipment records.
- Provide ongoing training, performance coaching, and development opportunities for maintenance team members.
- Associate's degree in industrial maintenance, Mechanical or Electrical Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent maintenance leadership experience will be considered.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Previous experience leading or supervising a team in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial maintenance systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, prioritize multiple projects, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Salary Range: $64,500 – $80,000 annually
