Rad Net, Inc. in Manhattan, NY, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for East Harlem Safe Haven to oversee maintenance staff and ensure facility upkeep. You will perform carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs, and coordinate preventive maintenance of HVAC and water systems.
A high school diploma is required; five years of maintenance experience with supervisory exposure is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; valid driver's license is preferred.
