The
** Maintenance Execution
** position supports site shop floor manufacturing equipment (Bioreactors, mixers, chromatography skids, autoclaves, etc.) to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and leadership in training manufacturing operators on routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

* Main Responsibilities:

* ** Support Operations:
** Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, maintenance teams, and site projects.
* ** Work Order Management:
** Complete all work orders and time entries accurately in the CMMS system.
* ** Training & Development:
** Work with the Asset Care Manager to train and mentor maintenance technicians and manufacturing operators in maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
* ** Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
** Perform daily checks and scheduled PM activities on site-wide equipment.
* ** Troubleshooting:
** Identify root causes of system failures and perform necessary repairs. As such, the technician will provide SME support to deviation investigations as needed.
* ** Coordination & Scheduling:
** Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities.
* ** Compliance & Safety:
** Complete all assigned training (SOPs, SWIs) and follow site safety and compliance requirements.

* Collaboration:

** Assist other technicians and teams to support site-wide maintenance and projects.
* ** Continuous Improvement:
** Identify and implement improvements to maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
* ** Other Duties****:
** Execute additional tasks as assigned to support operations.
** Technical Scope:
*** Preventive maintenance and repair of industrial/process equipment.
* Instrumentation and electronics, including PLCs.
* Electrical systems (single-phase and three-phase 480V).
* Manufacturing equipment:
Bioreactors, Centrifuges, Autoclaves.
* Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical documentation.
* Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
