Manhattan will be your home base, with routine travel to campuses in CT, MA, and PA. Your contribution separates campuses that deliver premium quality from those that slowly deteriorate between leadership check‑ins.

• Running scheduled on‑site inspections across Northeast campuses using documented standards for cleanliness, HVAC performance, safety, security, signage, landscaping, furniture condition, and tour‑readiness — and ensuring findings convert into confirmed corrective actions.
