Studio Care Specialist

Bodē NYC, which was established in August 1999 as Manhattan's first Bikram Yoga Studio, has grown to include two locations and a diverse range of fitness classes, such as Hot HIIT™, Hot bodē flow, Sculpt, Pilates, and Yin Nidra.

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Studio Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a safe, welcoming, pristine and pleasant environment for all clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The role involves day-to-day tasks focused on providing exceptional care and service to studio clients, ensuring a welcoming & pristine environment, and assisting with studio & facility operations.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Perform general cleaning tasks including laundry, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, and other common areas.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Comfortable in a gym/fitness environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
