Cleaner Position
The district expects to fill a full-time cleaner vacancy effective September 1, 2026. Must be available to work evenings and some weekends. Shifts are subject to change. Position function: under the direct supervision of the Executive Director for Operations and Personnel, and/or the Lead Custodian, performs general cleaning and maintenance in school buildings and grounds; and provides cleaning assistance to teachers, visitors and others as necessary.
Must be able to independently complete tasks, assist teams and other groups using the facilities, and provide a clean and orderly environment. Qualifications profile: high school diploma or GED. Previous experience in cleaning maintenance desirable. NYS motor vehicle operator's license or ability to provide own transportation. NYSED fingerprint clearance.
Salary & benefits:
$45,609 annually benefits include state retirement system, health insurance, paid time off, annual pay increases.
