Location: New York
Columbia University Irving Medical Center is seeking a Heavy Cleaner to ensure regular, thorough cleaning of the assigned building. The role may require 24‑hour emergency response and overtime per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The Heavy Cleaner will operate cleaning equipment, clean bathrooms and kitchens, sweep and mop floors, and handle waste and supplies in common areas. A high school diploma and ability to lift 50 lbs, plus willingness to work all shifts, are required; OSHA training
