Red Roof Inn - 5370 Camp Road - Responsibilities:
Maintain the general appearance of the building and grounds per Maintenance manual;
Monitor and maintain operation, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and organization of guest rooms and other areas;
Maintain landscaping, parking lot, grounds, and exterior appearance, keeping areas free of trash and debris;
Complete Repair and Maintenance Program on rooms, performing routine tasks (painting, caulking, cleaning, etc.);
Inspect the property and report needs to Supervisor
