** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for fixed ready-mix concrete plant equipment and facilities to ensure optimal plant performance at RMC sites throughout Western New York.
* Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime of plant equipment and systems.
* Manage and train maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve overall plant operations.

*** Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proficiency in fixed plant equipment and systems maintenance planning and execution.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
