Pay: $21/hr (1st & 2nd Shift) | $26/hr (3rd Shift)

We’re hiring Operating Mechanic II team members to support maintenance and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Assist with routine maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues under supervision.
• Perform routine machine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Replace worn or defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and daily checklists.
• Work with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures.

• Mechanical aptitude or maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs..
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn, work overtime as needed, and work in a team environment.
