Osprey Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Grounds professional to support a mobile home community. In this field-based role, you will perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on homes, utilities, and common areas while keeping the grounds clean, safe, and attractive. Responsibilities include carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical work, landscaping, seasonal cleanup, and responding to resident work orders. You'll work closely with site leadership, follow strict safety standards, and support small construction-related tasks, contributing to a well-maintained, community-focused environment.
