Position SummaryThe Porter/Bakery Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bakery to ensure that back of house operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities- Keep front of house and back of house area is safe and clean
- Clean pots and pans to ensure readiness for bakers/cake decorators to use
- Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, walls
- Mop and take out trash
- Ensure cleaning schedule is completed
- Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels and toilet paper
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Adhere to health and safety policy
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
