The Cleaning Service Worker Lead cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction. This person is responsible for leading and coordinating other Housepersons, including setting priorities, and controlling inventory. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. This is a temporary position: 8.23.26-9.13.26.

Compensation:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the work of others, without direct performance management responsibilities
• Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to keep them looking their best.
• Wipe down shelves, counters, and display units to ensure products are presented in a clean, dust-free environment.
• Empty trash bins and recycling containers, replacing liners as needed.
• Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, checkout counters, and handrails.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Check equipment is safe and working.
• Assist in linen systems.
• Carry out extra spring/deep cleaning tasks as the need arises.
• Use of site washing machine for internal laundry where appropriate.
• Follow the Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policy.
• Report hazards to Management.
• Maintain component hygiene standards.
• Follow company or component policy in taking care of customer comments or complaints.
• Ensure that clothing, including footwear and headgear, and personal hygiene is of the highest standards at all times.
• Participate in company training to improve your standard of performance.
• Suggest areas of improvement and take any corrective action, as required.
• Carry out any other reasonable instructions of Aramark Management.

• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
