** Who we're looking for:
** Were looking to build the best teams possible with highly motivated and engaged employees. We have an exciting opportunity for a Porter to join one of our Bronx properties.

* Essential duties and responsibilities:

*** Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
* Maintain exterior areas
* Collect and sort trash
* Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
* Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs## Qualifications
** Qualifications, skills and abilities:
*** High School diploma or equivalent
* One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)
* Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required
* Must be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime
*
* Schedule:

*** Saturday & Sunday - 7am - 3:30pm, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday - 12pm - 8:30pm, Thursday & Friday - OFF
** Salary Range:**$24.62 - 30.78/ hr.
