• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep across the property
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and resident concerns
• Manage and track assigned work tickets, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Update and maintain work orders in the system, ensuring clear documentation of tasks and resolutions
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively
• Support unit turnovers, including painting, patching, and minor repairs
• Maintain clean, organised work areas and properly manage tools and equipment
• Interact directly with residents in a professional, courteous, and service-oriented manner
• Communicate clearly regarding maintenance issues, timelines, and resolutions
• Ensure a positive resident experience by addressing concerns respectfully and efficiently
• Represent the property with professionalism and a high standard of customer service

• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work orders efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities
