Final compensation will be based on a combination of:

Relevant work experience

Required working hours

Candidate subject matter expertise and/or specialty

Ability to be approved by agencies/owners as required

The Warehouse Representative is a hands-on position and is responsible for fleet vehicles, loading tools and materials, organization, and simple fleet maintenance.

II. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Formal trade education is preferred but not required.
• Commercial Driver License (CDL) is preferred.
• OSHA
  10 or greater is a plus.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain inventory of tools and materials being delivered to sites.
• Check-in and check-out of tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles every day.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Accept and distribute incoming deliveries.
• Deliver material to our various construction sites.
• Be available, on occasion, to open the warehouse during off-hours to support operational needs.

IV. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work within the United States.
• Must have experience with navigating commercial vehicles throughout the boroughs of New York.
• Must be able to talk on the phone and use email.
• Must be willing to work overtime as directed.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Be willing to maintain a neat uniform that represents our company well.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
