As a dedicated Maintenance Tech/Painter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, focusing on general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical tasks. If you have a strong work ethic, general maintenance knowledge, and experience with plumbing and electrical systems, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting resident rooms and other areas

• Conduct basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance as needed

• Move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility

• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed

• Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

• Painting

Qualifications:

• General maintenance knowledge, including experience with plumbing and electrical systems

• Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs

• Must be available to work one weekend per month

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment

• Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health

• Willingness to respond to emergency calls as required
