Residential Cleaning Team Member— W-2, Paid Weekly, $17-19​/hr

Not another cleaning gig. A career… Zen Home Cleaning is a luxury, eco-friendly cleaning company serving high-end clients across all 5 NYC boroughs. We're not looking for warm bodies to fill roles, we're building a team of professionals who take pride in 5-star work, and we pay and treat people like it.

• $17–$19.50/hr.
• Paid WEEKLY by direct deposit.
• W-2 employee - NOT a 1099.
• Travel paid between appointments.

• Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• 6 holidays a year.

• Year 1: 2 weeks paid vacation.
• Year 2:
  Paid gym membership (Planet Fitness/Blink).
• Year 3:
  Up to $400 toward continuing education.
• Year 5: 3 weeks' vacation + a free monthly home cleaning.
• Want to move up faster? Our Trainer Program adds +$2/hr., free uniforms, and company-paid dinners.

• Residential cleaning across all 5 boroughs – dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, and post-construction cleans. You'll follow our detailed 5-star checklists and travel via MTA between appointments.

• Comfortable traveling to ALL 5 NYC boroughs via public transit (required – no exceptions).
• Can lift up to 25 lbs, stand 4–8 hours, and work on your knees or a step ladder.
• Comfortable around pets, kids, and elderly clients.
• Professional, reliable, and takes pride in the details.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ready to commit to at least 1 year.
• We invest in our people from day one with a fully paid 6-week training program – no experience required to start, just the right attitude.
• Must be fully available across all 5 NYC boroughs.
