* Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S..
* Reliable transportation to job sites.
* Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
* Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment (preferred).
* General liability insurance is preferred; contractors without insurance may still be considered but must be willing to obtain coverage before accepting regular assignments.
* Ability to pass a background check is a plus
