Columbia University in New York is seeking a Porter to maintain apartment buildings and grounds, working Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
Under general direction, the Porter handles cleaning, maintenance of elevators, stairways, windows, and grounds, trims trees and shrubs, sweeps sidewalks, and assists with snow removal.
A high school diploma is required; knowledge of building and grounds maintenance is a plus; the position is regular full-time, 40 hours per week.
