Osprey Management seeks a Mobile Home Community Maintenance Technician to maintain homes, common areas, and facilities within our community. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance, respond to resident requests, and coordinate with vendors.
Candidates should have 2-3 years general maintenance, ability to work outdoors in all weather, valid driver's license, strong time management, and willingness to be on call for emergencies. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.
