The Briad Group's Hotel Maintenance Technician position is your ideal fit.

As a key member of our property team, you will ensure our dual-branded hotel runs smoothly, safely, and comfortably for every guest and associate.

Earnings Range:$18.00 – $20.00 per hour (Actual rate based on title, experience, and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

• Property Upkeep: Perform routine facility and grounds preventative maintenance to keep guest rooms and public spaces fully operational and safe.
• Problem Solving: Utilize your technical skills and resourcefulness to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently.
• Guest Relations: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, resolving any maintenance matters to their complete satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, fellow associates, and our guests.
• Additional Duties: Complete other operational tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel, apartment complex, residential living facility, or similar setting (
  Required
  ).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: General knowledge of technical trades including carpentry, painting, and basic electrical work.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently or as part of a high-pressure team.
• Physical Requirements: Excellent visual observation abilities; must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
  , stoop, bend, climb ladders, and navigate stairs.
• Availability: Flexible availability to work various shifts per week.
