Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure market-ready apartments. You will maintain grounds and report concerns, with preventive maintenance duties as needed.
The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and ability to communicate in English. Shifts include Sunday-Thusday, 10am–7pm, with a 1-hour meal break; overtime and union considerations apply.
